Who we are
N25 Coffee & Bar is a specialty coffee and tea business based in London, United Kingdom, operated as a sole trader. You can reach us any time at orders@n25coffeebar.com. These terms apply to orders placed on n25coffeebar.com and to invoices we issue by email; placing an order or paying an invoice means you accept them.
Orders & prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged at checkout as shown. An order is accepted when we dispatch it — until then we may cancel and refund in full, for example when an item has sold out or a price was displayed in error. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Alcohol
Our bottled cocktails appear on the site as part of the menu, but they are not sold online and cannot be added to an order. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell alcohol at a distance.
Delivery, returns & faults
Delivery times, your 14-day cancellation right and how refunds work are set out on the delivery & returns page, which forms part of these terms. If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply — tell us and we will put it right.
Invoices
Where we issue an invoice by email — for catering, tastings or private events — the amount, currency and payment methods on the invoice apply. Please reference the invoice number with your payment.
The small print
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, up to the value of your order; we do not exclude anything the law does not allow us to exclude. All content on this site — words, photography, the flavour quadrant — belongs to N25 and may not be reused without permission. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in these terms.
